Conference Registration

1 Registration fee includes: Admission to all sessions, conference material, coffee breaks, welcome reception, excursion with light lunch, and conference dinner.
2 Registration fee includes: Welcome reception, excursion with light lunch, and conference dinner.
3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before 1st of May 2022: 75% of fee will be refunded. Cancellations received after the 1st of May 2022: fee non-refundable.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference asf2022@aegean.gr in order to receive any possible reimbursement. Refunds will be processed after the end of the conference.
Please ensure that the participant’s full name is stated on all payment related documents.
